Salary: From £55,340 per annum

This new post is based in the Global eHealth Unit, within the Department of Primary Care and Public Health, School of Public Health and is based at the College’s Charing Cross campus in Hammersmith.

We are looking for a candidate with an established and well-attested record of high impact research of international stature and the vision, leadership, experience and motivation to build on current strengths in maintaining and developing a leading research presence.

Research as well as teaching are considered an integral part of the post. The postholder will play a leading role in the development of research and teaching in eHealth, both within the Department of Primary Care and Public Health as well as across the School, the Faculty and the College. The post will also involve the usual administrative duties associated with a busy academic and research-active environment.

The successful candidate must have a further higher degree, PhD or equivalent research experience; have a strong track record of publications, high level of analytical capability and experience of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. Proven skills in leading, motivating, developing and managing the performance of colleagues; ensuring the effective performance and development of a leading research department is essential.
